The nattily appointed dining room and breezy patio attract a well-dressed crowd enjoying selections from the chef’s snack menu paired with a roster of signature cocktails infused with seasonal berries, muddled watermelon or even bacon-infused bourbon. During steamy South Beach summers, the chef rolls out his smoker to host a series of Bourbon, Beer and BBQ Wednesdays featuring All-American, St. Louis, Korean and Hawaiian-style prix fixe menus.
